AUTOMATIC GRATUITY NOTICE

An 18% automatic gratuity will be added to all guest services and bills.

This charge is a mandatory service charge and part of the total bill. It is not optional and must be paid along with food, beverages, and tax.

Under IRS rules, automatic gratuities are considered service charges, not tips. See IRS Fact Sheet FS-2015-08.
